Here at Incstone, we ensure that getting your website design should be as simple and painless as possible.  Here's a description of how our design process works.

1. The process begins when you fill out our initial design form and process your payment.  Within 24 hours you should receive confirmation that we have received your order.  Should this not occur, please contact us.
2. The initial phase of your design begins, with the logo design.  For more on that process, please see the logo design process page.
3. Using the information provided to us in the form and our own creative skills, within one week we will present to you a special test domain where your prospective site can be seen during the building phase.
4. During the development phase, you can let us know what you need on site and we will do our best to design a site that meets your needs.  During this time, modules can be added, from email links to twitter and other feeds.  Please note that we do not place limits on revisions; what you ask for is what you get.
5. Step 3 will repeat until you have a site design that you are satisfied with.  Once you have selected a final design, we will then request that you confirm this as your final version with no further edits or changes needed.
6. Once this is complete and all items are confirmed as final, we will then request a confirmation of what address you would like the CD (and other items, if ordered) mailed to.  Delivery of your CD is made through the US Postal Service (or USPS via your national post, if ordered outside the US).  We will deliver the files in a ready-to-install Joomla package as well as a ready-to-go SQL database.  Should your webhost have the proper settings, you can request that we do the upload as well.  Should you have ordered a package with logo and/or stationery design, those files will come on the disc as well.
7. Once you receive the CD, your site is yours to do with as you wish.  We will only maintain copies of your site for archival purposes and for use in our portfolios.
