Here at Incstone, we ensure that getting your logo design should be as simple and painless as possible. Here's a description of how our design process works.
- The process begins when you fill out our initial design form and process your payment. Within 24 hours you should receive confirmation that we have received your order. Should this not occur, please contact us.
- Using the information provided to us in the form and our own creative skills, within three business days we will forward to you five logo design candidates.
- Upon receipt of the designs, you may review the candidates and select one or request revisions. Revisions can include color changes, font changes, layout redesigns, moving parts of one logo candidate to another, etc. Alternately, you can request an entirely new set of candidates, tossing out the previous set. Please note that we do not place limits on revisions or colors; what you ask for is what you get.
- Once we have your selection back, we will then proceed to work on the changes. Steps 3 and 4 will repeat until you have selected a logo design that you are satisfied with. Once you have selected a final logo design, we will then request that you confirm this as your final logo with no further edits or changes needed. If you have selected one of our packages that comes with premium business cards or premium business cards and stationery, steps 3 & 4 will then repeat until you have confirmed your final designs.
- Once this is complete and all items are confirmed as final, we will then request a confirmation of what address you would like the CD (and other items, if ordered) mailed to. Delivery of your CD is made through the US Postal Service (or USPS via your national post, if ordered outside the US). We will deliver your logo in both color and grayscale in the following formats:
JPEG, GIF, SVG and PNG: these are web design formats and suitable for use on your website. AI and EPS: these are vector formats used for high-quality printing or alternation in such programs as Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, etc. TIF and PSD: these are photo-quality formats used for manipulation in such programs as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Expressions, Corel Paint Shop Pro, etc. PDF: this is a standard printing format suitable for home or office printing.
- If you have selected cards and/or stationery, color versions of your layouts will be provided on the CD in AO format for printing by processional print shops, as well as PDF for home printing.
- Delivery of cards and stationery will be a separate shipment from the CD. We will notify you once we have shipped your extra items. Unless you request otherwise, the stationery formats will be provided in North American standard sizes:
Letterhead: 8.5 in x 11 in Envelope: 4.125 in x 9.5 in Business Card: 2 in x 3.5 in
- Once you receive the CD, your logo is yours to do with as you wish, to trademark or whatever you desire. We will only maintain copies of your logo for archival purposes and for use in our logo portfolios.
